A ballistic Missile, Zilzal-2, was fired by the Yemeni army and popular forces on the Rajla camp of the US-Saudi aggression in the border province of Najran, a military official told the state-run news agency Saba on Thursday.

The army and popular forces also fired artillery shells on Al-Hamr military site.

Meanwhile, the missile and artillery of the allied forces shelled a gathering of US-Saudi aggression soldiers in Alab and South Dhahran camps in Asser, inflicting heavy losses upon them.

Saudi Arabia began its deadly campaign against Yemen in late March 2015. The strikes were meant to undermine the Houthi Ansarullah movement and restore power to fugitive former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.

About 11,403 people have been killed and over 19,343 injured since Riyadh launched the airstrikes. The Saudi aggression has also taken a heavy toll on Yemen’s facilities and infrastructure.

Yemeni forces have been engaged in retaliatory attacks against the Saudi forces deployed in the country as well as targets inside Saudi Arabia.
