A tribal meeting of chieftains and local residents was held in Al Jabeen district of Raima province to condemn the continuous Saudi bombardment of Yemen.
The meeting reaffirmed the people’s support for the army and popular committees, vowing to send more financial aid for the fighters on the battlefields.
Through the March 2015-present military campaign, Saudi Arabia has been unsuccessfully seeking to return to power Yemen’s former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.
The Yemeni army and allied fighters have been defending the country against the invasion, which has claimed over 11,400 lives, according to the latest tallies.
