The US-Saudi aggression warplanes launched six airstrikes on Usailan district of Shabwa governorate, an official told the state-run news agency Saba on Wednesday.
The warplanes launched five raids on Hajr village and another on Assalem area in Usailan district.
The airstrikes caused heavy damage to houses and farms.
Through the March 2015-present military campaign, Saudi Arabia has been unsuccessfully seeking to return power to Yemen’s former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.
The Yemeni army and allied fighters have been defending the nation against the invasion, which has claimed over 11,400 lives, according to the latest tallies.
