A group of Yemeni woman staged a protest in Yemen’s capital, Sana’a, on Tuesday to slam Saudi Arabia’s aggression and atrocities.

They also called on the international community to recognize Saudi Arabia as a perpetrator of war crimes and bring it to justice.

Protesters also carried banners and chanted anti-Saudi slogans. The signs demanded: "We won’t surrender and we won’t kneel" and "Families of the martyrs of the Saudi aggression demand the trial of the collaborators and traitors," in reference to Yemen’s fugitive ex-President Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi and his former government.

Saudi Arabia is continuing its relentless air bombardment of Yemen in defiance of the international calls for a halt in attacks during the holy month of Ramadan.

According to UN estimates, over 2,600 people, mostly civilians, have been killed and another 9,755 wounded as a result of the ongoing attacks on Yemen.

A Saudi-led coalition backed by the United States Saudi began a military aggression on Yemen on March 26 -- without a UN mandate -- in an attempt to restore power to Yemen’s fugitive former President Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi, who is a close ally of Saudi Arabia.
