A delegation representing Yemen’s revolutionary Houthi Ansarullah movement visited China and met several Chinese officials in Beijing.

Yemen’s Al Massirah TV said the delegation wrapped up a three-day visit to China on Thursday, reporting that the Saudi-led aggression on Yemen was the major issue discussed during meetings with Chinese officials.

The Yemeni delegation, headed by Ansarullah spokesman, Mohammad Abdelsalam, went to China in an official invitation by Beijing.

In addition to Abdelsalam, the delegation included Mahdi Mashat and Hamza al-Houthi.

The Yemeni delegation met Deng Li, the Director-General of Chinese Foreign Ministry’s Department of West Asian and North African Affairs as well as the Vice President of Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs, Beng K.

Ansarullah delegation demonstrated the current situation in Yemen on the humanitarian, political and military levels, tackling the latest developments.

The delegation thanked the Chinese leadership for its concern about stability in Yemen.

Yemen has been since March 26, 2015 under brutal aggression by Saudi-led coalition.

Thousands have been martyred and injured in the attack, with the vast majority of them are civilians.

Riyadh launched the attack on Yemen in a bid to restore power to fugitive ex-president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi who is a close ally to Saudi Arabia.
