Retaliatory Attacks Hit Military Site in Najran

The missile forces of the Yemeni Army and People’s Committees launched on Friday 24 Katyush rockets at the Al-Shorfa military site in Najran region.

A military source explained to Al-Masirah Net website that the salvo of missiles were launched at a gathering of Saudi military vehicles in the Al-Shorfa base in Najran, adding that the rockets hit their targets accurately.

The rocket launched on the force salvo of Katyusha rockets on a military site east of Saudi Fawaz Najran, as Uragan salvo of rockets fired at gatherings Saudi Askaran and his mercenaries in Bash Green off the port.

Saudi Arabia began its deadly campaign against Yemen in late March 2015. The strikes were meant to undermine the Houthi Ansarullah movement and restore power to fugitive former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.

About 10,000 people have been killed and over 16,000 injured since Riyadh launched the airstrikes. The Saudi aggression has also taken a heavy toll on Yemen’s facilities and infrastructure.

Yemeni forces have been engaged in retaliatory attacks against the Saudi forces deployed in the country as well as targets inside Saudi Arabia.
