Ballistic Missile Hits 11th Brigade Camp in Jawf

The Yemeni army and popular committees fired Sunday a ballistic missile at gatherings of Saudi invaders and mercenaries in the 115th Brigade Camp in al-Hazm city of Jawf province.

The missile hit its target accurately, leaving big losses in life and gear, a military official said.

The official pointed out that the missile came in response to the continued violations of the ceasefire by the aggression and its hirelings in Jawf province.

Saudi Arabia began its deadly campaign against Yemen in late March 2015. The strikes were meant to undermine the Houthi Ansarullah movement and restore power to fugitive former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.

About 9,400 people have been killed and over 16,000 injured since Riyadh launched the airstrikes. The Saudi aggression has also taken a heavy toll on Yemen’s facilities and infrastructure.

Yemeni forces have been engaged in retaliatory attacks against the Saudi forces deployed in the country as well as targets inside Saudi Arabia.
