At least 13 people were killed in three explosions that took place in Mukalla city of Hadramout province on Thursday.
On Wednesday, the First Military Region’s commander Abdulrahman al-Halili survived an assassination attempt that targeted his convoy.
Like Aden, Hadramout province is experiencing a major insecurity troubles as al-Qaeda militants are still taking control over the province.
