The National delegation in Kuwait has presented its vision of the general framework of the political and security solution to the UN envoy for Yemen, Ansarullah spokesman said Saturday.
Mohammed AbdulSalam affirmed that the vision came to ensure success of the talks being held in Kuwait and to end the aggression on the country.
The vision includes the formation of a consensual authority assumes the tasks of the transitional phase and takes over the state institutions, a source at the national committee said.
The Files of the detainees and lifting the blockade on the country are contained in the humanitarian item of the vision, he added.
