Saudi-led coalition fighter jets launched several airstrikes Saturday on Yemen’s northern Sa’ada province wounding a number of civilians.

The air raids targeted Baqem district. Three airstrikes also hit the Anad market in Sahar district.

Sana’a province was also the target of coalition bombardments. Samaa military base in Arhab as well as the mountains surrounding Istikbal military base in Hamadan were hit.

Warplanes intensified their air raids on Ashraf area hitting a school and a house.

Yemen has been under military attacks by Saudi Arabia since March 26. The Saudi military strikes were launched with the aim of undermining Ansarullah and bringing fugitive former president of Yemen, Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi, back to power.

More than 8,300 people have been killed and over 16,000 others injured since the Saudi aerial aggression began. The Saudi war has also taken a heavy toll on Yemen’s facilities and infrastructure.
