The Yemeni army and popular committees repelled an attempt carried out by the Saudi army to advance in direction of Ghawia and Dokhan sites after intensive air and land bombing, a military official explained.
A Saudi soldier was shot dead in a sniper operation in east of Ramdha hill in Tewal area, the official added.
He pointed out that the army and popular committees bombed the Ghawia site and Dokhan Mountain with more than 70 missiles and artillery shells.
