The Saudi war jets launched on Wednesday a series of air raids on several areas on al-Ghail district in Jawf province.

The airstrikes targeted a house, destroying it completely and damaging a number of neighboring homes.

Three other air raids also hit al-Awran and Wadi Aiber in al-Ghail.

Yemen has been under military attacks by Saudi Arabia since late March last year. The Saudi military strikes were launched to bring fugitive former president, Abd Rabbu Mansur Hadi, back to power.

At least 8,278 people, among them 2,236 children, have reportedly been killed and 16,015 others injured since the military campaign. The strikes have also taken a heavy toll on the impoverished country’s facilities and infrastructure, destroying many hospitals, schools, and factories.
