The Yemeni army and popular committees aborted on Tuesday a Saudi army’s advance on the west of al-Tewal outlet in Jizan region.
The Saudi army and its mercenaries carried out a large creep under intense air cover in an attempt to progress toward west of al-Tewal border outlet, a military official said.
A number of Saudi soldiers and mercenaries were killed and wounded during the failed attempt.
A Saudi Bradley vehicle was also destroyed in Jabal Dukhan in Jizan.
