The controversial Shiite cleric, Muqtada Al-Sadr, called on the Saudi regime to end their war in Yemen and to redeploy their troops to Palestine in order to fight Israel.
Furthermore, Sadr stated that the Iraqi forces can strike Israel from Syria anytime they want, despite the fact he does not have any political relations with the Syrian government.
“I will remind Israel that we can easily reach their borders from Syria,” the Shiite cleric claimed
Sadr’s comments were in response to Donald Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem (Al-Quds) as the official capital of Israel on Wednesday.
