Tens of thousands took to the streets of the Yemeni capital in condemnation of the latest Saudi-perpetrated atrocity in the country.
On Wednesday, more than 40 civilians were killed, including women and children after Saudi jets bombed a motel north of Sana’a.
Dozens of people were reportedly crushed to death as the roof of the two-story building collapsed.
Those who took part in Thursday’s rallies also voiced their support for former Yemeni president, Ali Abdullah Saleh – an ally of the Houthi Ansarullah movement in the battle against the Saudi-led military campaign.
More than 12,000 Yemenis have been killed since Riyadh launched its bloody bombardment in March 2015.
According to the UN, millions have been displaced and over 80% of the population is in need of humanitarian assistance.
The Saudis also imposed a military blockade on Yemen, which has contributed to the worst cholera outbreak in living memory. Thousands have died from the disease since late April and 500,000 have been infected.
