The Saudi Coalition was caught in another friendly fire incident in Yemen after a warplane bombed the Saudi-backed Hadi loyalists in the central part of the country.

According to local reports, the Saudi Coalition mistakenly struck a group of Hadi loyalists that were deployed to the Sirwah area of the Mareb Governorate.

The Saudi jet mistook the Hadi loyalists for Houthi fighters, the local activists added.

As a result of this friendly fire incident, at least three Hadi loyalists were killed and another eight were wounded. They are now seeking treatment at a local hospital.
