Saudi-backed militant have suffered new loses on the battlefield after coming under attack from Yemen’s army and popular committees.
Militant positions were attacked in at least two districts in the southwestern Taiz province.
Yemeni forces fired the Qaher m2 ballistic missile on militants in Jawf province killing scores of fighters.
The attacks come as the Saudis and their proxies continue to target civilian infrastructure in Yemen.
So far the Saudi-led military campaign aimed at reinstating ousted Yemeni president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi has claimed over 12,000 lives.
