US-led Saudi Aggression on Yemen Continues as Truce Ends

Immediately after the five-day truce ended in Yemen on Sunday, the Saudi warplanes returned to launching more attacks on several locations in the country’s southern city of Aden.

The hostile jets also attacked the Golden Coast and Tawahi areas.

The bombardment continued over the border areas, and hit the Sheda and Malaheeth provinces, as well as Sabba and Hossama villages in Al-Thaher border province in Saada, and Al-Morzeq village in Hajjah district.

Saudi Arabia began its US-led military aggression against Yemen on March 26 - without a UN mandate - in a bid to undermine the Houthi Ansarullah movement, and to restore power to fugitive former President Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi, who is a close ally of Saudi Arabia.

Thousands have been martyred and injured in the attack, with the vast majority of them being civilians.
