Deputy Prime Minister for National Vision Affairs, Head of the Executive Office of the Vision Management, Mahmoud al-Junaid, on Wednesday emphasized keenness to promote financial and administrative reforms and build human capacity.
This came in his speech at the conclusion of a training course for the analysis of the current situation.
Al-Junaid pointed out that analyzing the current situation needs for preparing studies, policies and evidence, as they are the basis for the shift from randomness and routine performance to the advancement and desired change.
“The phased-plans often prioritize filling gaps in basic services as humanitarian issues,” he said.
He stressed the need to take into account, when preparing the plan, the harmonization between the plan and the financial resources and the search for various sources of financing, the involvement of the private sector and society in implementing projects and initiatives in the second phase plan of the vision by making use of the first phase plan.
