One woman was killed Friday in a Saudi-led airstrike in Amran.

Two children were also wounded in the attack that targeted the house of Yehya Al-Dawsari in Bani Qais area in Bani Sureim district.

Coalition fighter jets also launched several airstrikes targeting the security leadership building in Bani Sureim.

It is worth mentioning that the aggression warplanes are deliberately targeting civilians and their homes under Arab and international silence.

Saudi Arabia began its deadly campaign against Yemen in late March 2015. The strikes were meant to undermine the Houthi Ansarullah movement and restore power to fugitive former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.

About 8,300 people have been killed and over 16,000 injured since Riyadh launched the airstrikes. The Saudi aggression has also taken a heavy toll on Yemen’s facilities and infrastructure.
