A Yemeni man died on Sunday as a result of torture in a detention center of Saudi-led coalition in Marib province, local sources reported on Monday.

According to the sources, Ali Abdullah Qaid Taiman al-Jahmi, from Serwah district, died in the Political Security prison in Marib under torture.

The sources indicated that gunmen affiliated with Mohammed Shaalan, director of the so-called security of Marib province, kidnapped al-Jahmi from his commercial shop in the city of Marib two months ago.

Authorities of Hadi’s government, Islah Party’s militia, and the coalition forces had denied al-Jahmi’s presence in their detention facilities.

Ali bin Mohsin Salah, an officer in the so-called general staff of Hadi government forces, confirmed in a post on Facebook on Monday the death of many detainees held by the coalition forces and their militants in the city of Marib, vowing to uncover those crimes later (as he said).
