The Ansarullah revolutionary movement warned that the strait of Bab el-Mandeb is no longer secure for the Saudi-led invaders.

In an interview with al-Manar, Ansarullah spokesman Mohammad Abdulsalam stressed that up until now, the Saud-led aggression hasn’t achieved its goals from the aggression on Yemen.

Talking about the situation in Bab el-Manadeb, Abdulsalam assured that at least two Saudi warships were targeted by the Yemeni fire, noting that one of them sank after it was totally destroyed.

Furthermore, he said that al-Qaeda members in Yemen are stirred by foreign intelligence apparatuses led by the US intelligence.

In this context, he said that Saudi Arabia wants a powerless Yemen, but he noted that the Yemeni people won’t let this happen.

Abdulsalam also said meanwhile that Riyadh is keeping the real number of its losses a secret, noting that heavy losses have been inflicted upon the kingdom.

He stressed that the missile system was not damaged or affected by the Saudi-led aggression, noting in this respect that there are some weapons which have not been used yet.

A Saudi-led coalition backed by the United States has been carrying out a military aggression on Yemen by launching airstrikes against the country since March 26 in an attempt to restore power to the fugitive former Yemeni President, Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi, a close ally of Saudi Arabia.

The airstrikes have not been authorized by the United Nations [UN].

As a result, the Yemeni army backed by popular committees and tribal fighters has been responding to the aggression by targeting several Saudi border military posts and cleansing several areas across the country from Hadi and al-Qaeda-linked militias.
