Anti-Saudi Tribes Control Fujiet Junction in Yemen’s Mahra

Dozens of tribesmen IN Mahra province, eastern Yemen, took control of Fujiet junction on Tuesday. The junction is located between Hat and Shahin districts at the borders with the Sultanate of Oman.

“Sons of Mahra tribes opposing the Saudi occupation in the province flocked to the Fujiet area following their withdrawal from the border Shahin crossing,” local sources said.

The move comes as a challenge to the Saudi occupation forces controlling the Shahin crossing after storming it on Monday.

The Saudi occupation militias area seeking to control the strategic Fujeit junction under intense hovering of Saudi Apache planes, the sources added.
