The US-backed Saudi-led coalition forces and mercenaries attacked several areas in Yemen’s Red Sea port city of Hodeida, in a new violation to the ceasefire agreement, a security official told Yemen Press Agency on Wednesday.
According to the official, the mercenaries used artillery shells as well as medium and light machine guns to attack al-Shajan village on the outskirt of Durayhimi District, damaging several houses.
On Tuesday evening, the Saudi-led mercenaries launched bombardments on al-Jah area of Bait al-Fakih district, the official added.
